There will be lots of hands on tasks (ie- vacuuming/stacking chairs, disassembling platform and sound booth, taking the piano off the platform, building shelving, and organizing storage.) Do not fear! If you would like to help, but are unavailable for this particular work day, keep checking your email for the next available day.
